As a dedicated event volunteer for a non-profit, she honed her skills, laying the foundation for her passion. Hailey’s commitment to excellence took root during her time as a D1 athlete at the University of Kansas, instilling in her the drive for perfection and unwavering dedication.
Hailey made Kansas City her home after college where she coordinated events for major sports teams. However, wedding planning was her true calling, earning recognition and respect from her peers with a nomination for the title of the best wedding planner.

Eddie Andrews is a seasoned veteran in the Kansas City wedding scene, having contributed as both a coordinator and venue manager for the Guild. He loves seeing every couple’s vision brought to life and relishes facilitating those special moments. Prior to making the move to KC with his husband Dillon, Eddie lived and worked in New York City.
With a background steeped in theatre arts and acting, coordinating is second nature to Eddie. His versatility extends across various industries, from Broadway management to events, childcare development, real estate, and IT. Eddie’s knack for rallying a team and visualizing a clear path forward has consistently proven invaluable in each of his ventures.
